 Sue Brown has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, aiding countless buyers, sellers, and investors successfully navigate the real estate market. She is a stand out Realtor when it comes to negotiations and contracts.  Having spent 12 years in property management, she understands running a multi-family development from the ground up and her investors love her.  

Amber has been in the real estate industry for 13 years, specializing in first time home buyers & marketing strategies for her sellers to get them the best deals & the highest offers on their homes. Amber also owned a decluttering business, so if she has a seller that needs to get their home ready to sell, she goes above and beyond in helping them do so. 

  Michael served with the US Navy during Operation Desert Storm where he served with distinction. He then joined a commercial real estate firm embarking on a 30 year career in the commercial real estate industry. Michael is an expert in commercial real estate & focuses on residential  neighborhoods and PUD developments in Northeast Florida.  

  Pam has been in the real estate industry as transaction coordinator for 14 years. She is highly detail oriented in ensuring all our transactions are in compliance and that every signature and line are taken care of.  She is quick and efficient in her contract communications and makes closing deals a dream when it comes to paperwork.
