 Sue Brown has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, aiding countless buyers, sellers, and investors to successfully navigate the real estate market. She is a stand out Realtor when it comes to negotiations and contracts.  Having spent 12 years in property management, she understands running a multi-family development from the ground up and her investors love her.  

Amber is Sue's daughter and has been in the real estate industry for 13 years, first as a Realtor and now as a marketing consultant.  Amber built this website and continues to market her Mom's website and assist with marketing our listings, worldwide.  Amber also owned a decluttering business, and knows how a property should look when going to market.   

  Michael served with the US Navy during Operation Desert Storm where he served with distinction. He then joined a commercial real estate firm embarking on a 30 year career in the commercial real estate industry. Michael is an expert in commercial real estate & focuses on residential  neighborhoods and PUD developments in Northeast Florida.  

  Pam has been in the real estate industry as transaction coordinator for 15 years. She is highly detail oriented in ensuring all our transactions are in compliance and that every signature and line are taken care of.  She is quick and efficient in her contract communications and makes closing deals a dream when it comes to paperwork.
